What is HandPrint Magic?
HandPrint Magic turns a smartphone photo of your child's open hand into three print-ready digital handprint files. You upload one photo, choose your email, and receive high-resolution PNG keepsakes in different ink styles — without paint, ink pads, or cleanup.
How much does it cost?
The bundle costs €15 and includes all three digital handprint styles from one photo. Payment is authorised at checkout and captured only after your files are ready. Prices are shown in euros; applicable VAT is handled at checkout where required.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are ready in about five minutes after you confirm your email and complete checkout. You receive a download link for all three files once processing finishes.
What file formats do I receive?
You receive three high-resolution PNG files — one for each ink style: light touch, balanced press, and fuller press. PNG is ideal for home printing, professional print shops, and framing.
What photo should I upload?
Use a clear photo of an open palm in soft natural light. Fill the frame with the hand, avoid flash, and keep the palm in focus. See our photo guide at /blog/how-to-photograph-baby-hand for step-by-step tips.
Which image formats can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, and HEIC are supported. Keep the file under 10 MB and make sure the palm is large and sharp in the frame.
Can I print the files at home or at a print shop?

Is this a good gift for grandparents?

How is my child's photo handled?
Photos are used only to create your handprint files. See our Data Retention page at /retention for how long uploads and outputs are stored and how deletion works.
What is your refund policy?
Because this is a personalised digital product made from your photo, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once processing has started with your consent. If something goes wrong with your order, contact support@handprintmagic.com. Full details are on /withdrawal.
Do you ship physical prints?
No. HandPrint Magic delivers digital files only. You print and frame locally, which keeps delivery fast and avoids shipping delays.
